  Securely place the items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
